Staying Fit & Fabulous, while traveling the world!

Yes being on vacation is a very easy, and appealing, excuse to forget about your fitness routines and keeping active... but why not find a fun way to keep up your health and wellness while still traveling?! Let me help you stay Fit & Fabulous with these easy travel tips!

1.) Most hotels and a lot of hostels have pools - so jump into that bathing suit (which should ALWAYS be in every experienced travelers carry on... more on that in Packing Tips 101), and do some laps! Is the pool too small for laps?! No problem, tread some water and pull out your best aqua fit moves for a full body workout!

2.) Bring an exercise band!!!

3.) YouTube workouts (if you prefer the exercise class feel)


4.) Take a fitness class in another country! (What a cool way to experience a new country and meet some locals!)


5.) Go for a run around a local park - you can sightsee and get a workout in!
